A state of the art core laboratory with all the required equipment is available. Services: ( DNA sequencing: DNA sequence samples will be analyzed on either an ABI 377 or ABI3100 with sequence reads up to 700 bases. Price: $3.00 per sample for CRB members. DNA sequencing: For this rate the user must perform the sequencing reaction and cleanup in their own laboratory.
